How to use our brand

This page contains the official lite.id identity — lockups, colors, and typography — along with guidelines for using them. Feel free to use them in articles, media coverage, and partnership materials — no written permission is required, as long as you follow the guidelines below.

Logo

Root tile, product badge

Two lockups. The root pairs the lime dot-matrix tile with lowercase lite.id in Plus Jakarta Sans ExtraBold. Products pair lowercase lite with a Signal badge carrying the slug (studio, dev, code, arena). The badge uses the same face, weight, size, and tracking as lite with minimal padding. Keep the gap tight — no period, slash, or wide space. In product UI, use the lockup wherever a product name would otherwise appear as plain text.

Construction

Type — Plus Jakarta Sans ExtraBold for the wordmark and badge slug; same size, same tracking.
Tile — Dot-matrix field on a 64-unit grid, Signal fill with void marks, 22% corner radius. Flips to a void tile with Signal marks on Signal fills.
Badge — Signal fill, Signal-ink type, 4px-equivalent corners, minimal padding around the slug.
Gap — Keep tile and wordmark close; do not insert a period, slash, or wide space between them.
Slug — Products only: lowercase studio, dev, code, arena. Never mix badges in one lockup.

Space & size

Give it room; do not make it too small

Leave clear space equal to the tile height on all four sides of the logo. No text, lines, or image edges may enter this area.

Minimum size

16 px for screens (measured on the tile), 8 mm for print. Below that, the tile dots begin to lose clarity.

Color

Cool neutrals, one accent

Our neutrals sit in the green-gray oklch band around hue 124–145 — dark void surfaces, never warm paper. Signal is the only accent and is used sparingly to preserve its meaning. Warn and Err are status-only, never decoration. Corners: 6 px structural, 4 px chips — full pills survive only for avatars and dots.

Headings & text

Designed by Tokotype for the Jakarta Provincial Government. We chose it because its origins resonate with who we are and because its letterforms remain clear at small sizes.

For labels, model names, prices, and technical details. Always uppercase with expanded tracking, so it reads as a marker rather than body copy.

Naming

Our name is written in lowercase

This applies at the start of a sentence and in headings. If your editor enforces capitalization, keep the brand name lowercase — it is part of our identity.

Correct

icon + lite.id: Root lockup. The dot-matrix tile plus lowercase lite.id — the default brand mark.
lite + studio / dev / code / arena: Product lockups in UI, CTAs, nav, and page copy.
lite.id: Domain, email, and hostnames (api.lite.id). Always lowercase.
Lite Technology Solutions: Legal entity name. Used in official documents.

Avoid

Lite.id / LITE.ID: Do not capitalize or all-caps the domain.
LiteStudio / LiteDev as plain UI text: Do not spell product names in camelCase on pages — use the wordmark + Signal badge.
lite without its badge: Do not ship a bare lite wordmark as a product lockup — products always carry the badge, the root always carries the tile.

Restrictions

What not to do with the logo

Treat each lockup as one unit — tile and wordmark scale together. Resize proportionally; do not change type size inside the badge, swap the product slug, or restyle the fill.
